Alex and Zack kept us well informed throughout the process of our project. The crew provided us text notifications prior to their arrival, and are very professional. The best in town!! From day 1 Alex was responsive, respectful, transparent and true to his word. He worked with us to get us what we wanted in our price range and upheld wonderful communication throughout the process. Day of, Zach and the team joined and were a delight from start to finish. Alex and Zach at Carolina Terrain are great. True professionals from a business standpoint and definitely experts at their craft. Very responsive in their communications and their invoicing and quotes are easy to read, straight forward and accurate. They took care of some drainage problem areas for me near the front of my house. They were on time, neat, courteous of the property and most importantly they took care of the problem. Carolina Terrain did an excellent job with our backyard landscaping. Zach, Alex, Adrian and Antonio worked very hard to install the plant material, white river rock, landscape fabric, aluminum edging, a drip line throughout and downspout drainage, to transform our yard into an outdoor space that we will enjoy for years to come!
